In 2024, the Air Jordan 17 Low is making a comeback by Jordan Brand. Initially launched in 2002 and sported by Michael Jordan during his time with the Washington Wizards, these shoes are now set for a retro return in 2024.
 
The “University Blue” version, also known as “Carolina,” maintains a White, University Blue, Black, and Chrome color scheme, paying homage to Michael Jordan’s college days. With a low-cut design, the shoe boasts a leather upper and a Dynamic Fit inner sleeve for enhanced support. The heel features the distinctive chrome strip, while an integrated lace-up closure ensures a secure fit. Additionally, the shoe incorporates a full-length shank plate and a TPU heel stabilizer for added support. The design is rounded off by a lightweight phylon midsole with herringbone traction for optimal grip.
